E3 DISPLAYS Customers

This provides an update on the actions we are taking in response to the emerging concerns around coronavirus (COVID-19). The situation continues to evolve quickly, and E3 DISPLAYS is implementing steps globally to both protect our employees and support business continuity. The following provides an overview of the steps we are taking internally and those which will also apply to the employees of our business partners and customers who will be working or visiting E3 DISPLAYS sites and/or engaging with E3 DISPLAYS employees.

The Health and Safety of our team as well as our business partners and stakeholders are always our top priority especially now with the evolving condition and COVID-19 spread in countries around the world. We support and follow the government direction and are continuously monitoring the external situation and guidance from the different Governments in order to adjust our actions.

E3 Displays Manufacturing Updates

• All E3 Displays Asia based supply chain and contract manufacturing partners are operating at normal levels.
  • All local Government guidelines and procedures related to this situation have been put in place.
  • The E3 Displays employees in these areas are safe and working at normal levels.
  • Please contact your E3 Displays salesperson with questions/concerns.

• Our E3 Display Arizona based manufacturing plant is following all recommended and mandated guidelines given by the US government and medical officials.
  • All manufacturing and non-manufacturing equipment has gone thru a rigorous cleaning process.
  • Continual cleaning procedures have been put in place.
  • All employees are following US Government guidelines.
  • As providers of essential components to critical medical markets, we are staffed and operating at normal+ levels.

Business Meetings with E3 Displays.

• Travel. We recommend no international / domestic business travel, unless they are deemed to be business critical and have appropriate higher levels of approval within your company. We would expect to continue to run the business and that these connects happen via ‘virtual meetings’ leveraging technology as much as possible.
• Visits to E3 DISPLAYS Facilities. Until further notice, we are suspending any visits to E3 Displays facilities.
