TITLE: Marketing and Sales Associate
COMPENSATION: $60K – 85K
LOCATION: Phoenix, Arizona. On-site
WORK HOURS: Flexible; core hours 5 days, 8 am to 4 pm. May require occasional
earlier or later time to accommodate business hours in other time
zones

REPORTING: This position reports to Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing

COMPANY: The company specializes in the design, development, manufacturing, enhancement, and integration of engineered electronic components into display products for applications in industrial systems, consumer products, defense/aerospace, marine, gaming, medical electronics, security, and related markets. From easy to implement standard and semi-custom products to highly complex solutions for unique
applications, this rapidly growing company supplies components, sub-assemblies, and complete integrated solutions for virtually any product need in its technology field. The successful candidate will join our team to develop and execute a marketing strategy, to improve lead generation, deliver a pleasing experience to customers in doing business with E3 Displays, and enhance E3 Displays brand value in our target markets. The marketing efficiency of sales operations and customer service and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction to enable sales growth.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing:
• Provide leadership along with senior executives and sales team in developing and executing marketing strategy
• Take the lead in collaborating with and managing an outside marketing agency to ensure planning and timely execution of digital marketing campaigns, lead generation, lead management, developing MarComm collaterals, website maintenance and upgrades, and other marketing projects
• Assign new leads to sales managers to follow up on as directed by the supervisor                                               • Develop a plan for trade shows and conferences based on target market strategy driven by E3 strategic business plan, in collaboration with the supervisor
• Assist with trade show coordination and travel to attend trade shows as directed by the supervisor
• Develop and update company presentations for sales, and channel partners ensuring consistency with the value proposition and branding of the company
• Assist in continuously developing and upgrading E3 Displays website by leveraging marketing & SEO analytics
• Collaborate with internal engineering and sales account managers to develop desired content for the website and marketing collateral materials
• Assisting in securing customer contact information and maintaining a database in CRM through cold calling, emailing, and other means

CRM Administration and Management:
• Be a lead coordinator of implementation, administration and management of CRM System for maintaining current customer information, data entry, data analysis, reporting, and communicating with customers, sales, and leadership team
• Develop reports from CRM system to track customer, sales and business metrics and performance to goals
• Ensure that the sales team is entering and keeping up to date all customer-related information in the CRM tool to maintain up to date information on all customers
• Ensure new leads generated are followed up by the sales team to qualify them by using CRM system
• Manage and utilize CRM system to be most efficient and responsive to business needs
• Ensure field sales keep the customer account information such as quotes, purchase orders, lead times, invoices, etc. up to datein CRM and ERP systems
• Develop reports based on data in CRM to give clear visibility on business performance to senior management and sales account managers

Sales Support:
• Coordinate with sales team members in developing, maintaining, and updating sales forecast during the year
• Utilize Epicor (ERP System) to enter, follow, track customer information for reporting, and communicating with sales
• Assist in generating quotes to customer RFQs in collaboration with sales account managers using CRM system

• Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, positivity, and enthusiasm                                                                    • Must be action-oriented and self-driven to work with cross-functional team members and managers              • Possesses, or able to develop, superior proficiency in optimization, utilizing, and administration of a CRM and ERP systems
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to communicate with confidence and conviction
• Highly proficient MS Excel spreadsheet skills required
• Performance-focused, proactive self-starter
• Driven to do things before being asked, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, creative             insight into problem-solving                                                                                                                                             • Able to multi-task, manage time, and balance multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to quickly learn new software systems and use them effectively as the business and customer needs evolve
• Excels at working both independently and collaboratively

REQUIREMENTS                                                                                                                                                                    • Undergraduate degree with 3-5 years of marketing experience or an MBA with 1-2 years of marketing experience
• Proficiency in learning and using new CRM software platforms such as SalesForce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, and others
• Passion for helping people with the ability to remain calm (no matter what the circumstance), customer service experience
• Computer competency – including MS Office products must be highly proficient in MS Excel and proficiency in web-based Microsoft Office tools is a must

PREFERRED                                                                                                                                                                            • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with 3-5 years’ experience in marketing/inside sales or MBA with 1-2 years of experience in marketing/inside sales
• Knowledge/experience with manufactured products in B2B manufacturing companies
• Experience with complex business development, proposal generation, and relationship management with client technical engineers and program level managers is a plus
• Experience and proficiency with SalesForce (preferred) or other similar CRM systems is highly desired            • Experience with Epicor is preferred but any experience and fluency with other ERP systems will be considered.
• High level of proficiency with current computer-based tools such as Excel, powerpoint, and project management software applications.
